Last update: December 2007
| The Northeastern Kentucky Museum is located in the rugged
cliff and cave region near Carter
Caves State Park, just outside the small town of Olive
Hill, Kentucky.
The Museum and it's Gift Shop are open seven days a week in the Spring, Summer, and Fall, and by appointment in the Winter months. Hours are 9:00 to 5:00 o'clock with Summer hours extended to 9:00 to Dark. Free admission. We display and sell our areas historical objects: from the rock and fossil record to the art and artifacts of the Prehistoric Native Peoples; from Pioneer tools and weapons to the Civil War, World War I and World War II. Historical Documents and Newspapers, Books, Magazines, Pulps, Supplies, we feel there is something for everyone. Feel free to stop by the Shop if you're in the area, and we hope you enjoy looking through our pages. We will be updating and improving our site as time goes by, so stop back often. Thanks for your support. James D. Plummer Northeastern Kentucky Museum
